Hello my friends :-) I would like to share with you a card I made for a friend, she's half way across the World... Thailand to be exact lol... So I got my Spellbinders dies yay!!! I was excited to get them out to play and I must say it is a great investment. I am so loving these dies and planned to save up to do a collection :-)
So here's my card...
I used SB Labels Twenty One (my fav so far) dies and cut the card base with the largest die in the set and embossed only the front cover with TH Damask embossing folder, which I then brush on Perfect Pearls. The next two layers on the card was cut out from DCWV 'The Crafty Stack' pad and I accent the outer edges with Liquid Pearls in Platinum.
My sentiment was cut and embossed with SB die set 'Ribbon Banner' and I distress it with TH 'Broken China' distress ink and pop it with pop-dots. Ran a piece of scallop trim across the bottom and accent with flat back pearls.
Here I made a butterfly using two pieces of trim that I used at the bottom of the card 'above' and made its body from pearl beads and decorate her wings with flat back pearls.
Well there you have it, please let me know what you think... I would love to hear.
~Steff~
