"Use Your Stamps Monday" #13

Hello crafty friends :-) 

Today I'd like to share my project for my "Use Your Stamps" Monday challenge on my YouTube channel and you can find how to play along right HERE.

Usually I create two cards, one on the clean and simply with minimal to no dimension and the other with more layering and lots of dimensions (which I love! haha).

I've used a few stamps set... the corner floral motif is from Kaisercraft "Ms Nelly", sentiment from G45 Hampton Art item #IC0190, last is the stamp and dies set "Tea Time" from G45 Hampton Arts and Sizzix set. Also used a Sizzix Dress form Embossing Folder.

Gift Bags

Good morning :-) 

Today I'd like to share how to beautifully embellished those little burlap and canvas bags you find at craft stores, using the gorgeous embellishments from WIB store like these Fabric Flowers, Maroon Red Tone Flowers, Orange Tone Flowers, Forget Me Not, Moss Green leaves, Pink Flower Tags, Kraft Rectangle Tag, Gourd Pin, Glitter Bow and Floral Sprays. 

These are great to send some goodies to a friend :-)

I have created a shadow box card with a nature scenery (love 3D and creating scenery)... the beautiful paper is from DCWV "The Habitat" collection, used Spellbinders dies Labels Twenty Three and Grommet Tags, for my stamp images I used Sparkle N Sprinkle Nesting Bird all glitters and embossing powder are from Sparkle N Sprinkle.

I am having a lot of renovations in my home as we speak so everything is a hot mess and all my craft supplies are boxed away :-(  SO... these two cards were made from literally scraps of card stock and ONE sheet of 6x6 designer paper etc that I could access (Yes that's how desperate I was to craft!) LOL... But I love how they turned out :-)

I used fun foam to give my diecuts dimension.

So I don't do much mixed media projects and especially on this level... But I had a chance to take a class from "Finnabair" and being that I'm not a fan of grunge, I went with light pastel colors :-) We altered a paint brush and canvas. I created a scene of a heart being split by a paint brush.

So for my first project I created a Shabby Chic Mini Album and I totally love how it turned out! I used papers "Treasures by Shabby Chic" and believe it or not the front, spine and back covers are one unit... that's because I recycled a computer parts box that measured 7"x7", I love recycling! The pages are cardstock and then the designer papers. Embellished with some cut outs from the collections, laces, resin, die cuts and blings.

Owl LOVE

Good morning crafty friends, I hope you are having a lovely day so far :-) 

My project for Where Ideas Bloom blog altered this adorable Owl Love wood decor, I'm thinking you can even add a small picture in the opening of the letter "O". I used Martha Stewart Lilac satin paint and her Texture Metallic Specialty Finish (which is the silver glimmer on the upper part of the letters - very shimmery in person). To give it some more cuteness I add some Forget Me Not flowers, a few Sequins of the strand and loved how that came out.

Oh happy Day Treats

It was easy to put together using the supplies from WIB such as these beautiful Acetate Pillow Box, Orange Tone Fabric flowers, Maroon Tone Fabric flowers, Forget Me Not flowers and Sookwang Tape.

"Use Your Stamps" Monday #9

Good day my crafty peeps :-) 

A new month and new week! I'd like to share with you my projects for my "Use Your Stamps" challenge I have going on each month and you can play and find all details HERE. 

I've created these gorgeous "Baby Announcement" cards inspired by Christina Griffith-Card Making Magic a couple years ago and I still love this idea! 

Card base shape is Spellbinders Grand labels Twenty Three dies. Sizzix Branch with Leaves die.

Spellbinders Rose Creation dies for flowers.

TPC Studio "Here Comes Baby" and Graphic45 "Little Darlings" stamps image.

For the girl's card I used Die-Namics Large Leafy Flourish and Fancy Flourish dies.
