Today I am sharing some Tags I made in a Prima class with the talented "Frank Garcia"! I absolutely LOVE lots of layers, glitters and pearls... which shows on these tags.

    Love your tags Steff. They are so pretty, all the layers and the nostalgic, chic look of them. I love this style with all the layers and texture but I can never pull it off. You however, did a fabulous job of it.
