Mother's Day Cards

Hello dear friends :-) I want to share with you a few Mother's Day cards I've made upon requests from close friends. Now I tend to not make mother's day projects or even be home on Mother's Day as it is the most difficult time of the year for me. I've lost my mom 5years ago this past August and it still feels like yesterday, one day I will be strong enough.

So they all pick colors for their card and I went with the info they gave me, so here they are...

The first card I used papers from the DCWV "Lady Couture" paper stack. I also fussy cut the flowers and the classy lady from the paper line as well.

Second card made using DCWV "Le Tres Chic" papers stack and the TH dress form was also cut from the paper line.

For the last card I just used plan card stock and emboss using a cuttlebug folder, cut a ribbon banner and labels 20 from Spellbinders die and embellished it.

So there they are, if I get more orders I'll share them. Hope you guys like them and thank you for taking the time to visit and leaving me a comment. I do appreciate it :-)

See you soon!

"Happy Easter" card share...

Hello spring and friends who desperately awaited spring arrival, to hear the birds singing in the beautiful weather... and for those of you who still have snow, don't worry it'll all be gone soon... I've sent in a pray asking our Lord to send the spring experience your way ;-)

So today is the last day of school for 2 weeks of Easter holiday!!! Yay!!! Last night I made a card with a stamp I had for over a year but didn't use it because one, I didn't have any coloring tools and two, even if I did... I didn't know how to color lol... But most of that is behind me (most because I'm still learning how to color). The stamp is an Easter Bunny with eggs that I got from a dear friend who always feed my stamp addictions :-) Thanks!

I am entering this card into my second challenge over at a Die for a SKETCH challenge #10. I had so much fun on my last challenge there and had to come back to play again, thanks guys :-)

The dies used: Spellbinders Beaded Ovals, Lattice Borders and Ribbon Banner
For the papers: PTI "Friends 'Til the End"
EK Success rolled flower punch (used as a border)
Martha Stewart Butterfly punch

So here is my colored stamp image, I used Prismacolor pencils... how did I do? I don't know a thing about shading/shadowing etc. I just color lol... I've paper piece the eggs using the designer paper and added cute tiny pom pom trims, also finished the inside with the paper line.

Thank you once again for stopping by and I hope to see you again soon.
HAPPY EASTER  :-)

Happy Birthday Card

Hi everyone :-) it's a lovely Saturday in my country, the air is very cool that I had to pull on a light sweater yay! Love this weather!!!

Ok, so I had to make a birthday card for a relative of mine and and decided I am going to enter it into my very first blog challenge over at a Die for a SKETCH challenge #9. Thanks Nancy for the push lol... so here is my card.

I used black cardstock as my base and designer papers are from DCWV "Le Tres Chic". Tim Holtz Baroque die behing my hand cut cupcake (I didn't have a die for that) :-) Happy Birthday sentiment is from StampinUp. Spellbinders "Floral Doily Accents" corner pieces.

Inside is also finished with matting and designer papers.

Thanks for visiting today and hope to see you again soon :-)
